In 2023, Virginia Waiver Specialists, Inc. was born from a realization: providers of Therapeutic Consultation (TC) Services faced formidable administrative barriers when endeavoring to provide vital services through the Virginia Developmental Disability (DD) Waiver. Recognizing the critical need to overcome these obstacles, our business was conceptualized with a clear mission – to break down these barriers and empower providers to excel in their roles, ultimately enhancing access to essential care for individuals within the Virginia Medicaid DD Waiver program.
